We’ve built two online shops for this customer now, and we host a 3rd one he brought over to us from a rival company who lost his business.

This site features a clever VAT Relief Cubecart mod, as many of the customers who buy from it are disabled and therefore don’t pay VAT. The mod asks them why they don’t claim, gets them to agree to a declaration, then emails my client a PDF document they print out and put in their files in case the VAT man comes-a-knocking
