Unfortunately, there are web design companies that simply do not take this into consideration and whilst they may design you a visually rewarding website, it may not  be optimised correctly thus potentially losing traffic and potential customers.

You may get approached by a company (usually by phone) claiming to be able to get you to the top of google in five minutes. They are talking about Google Adwords – and that’s a different kettle of fish altogether!
